Common questions

Can I switch tiers?

Yes — change tier any time from the billing page. Prorated automatically by Stripe.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You get a full export at any point — leads, calls, jobs, campaign metrics, landing pages, and an attribution PDF. After cancellation you have a 30-day grace period of read + export access; total retention is 90 days before deletion.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month after your initial setup. The 90-Day Pilot is a fixed 90-day arrangement; after that you decide.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat monthly fee — your ad spend is yours, paid directly to Google.

Where is my data stored?

Hosted in Australia (Sydney region). Data stays onshore and never leaves the country.
